Individual Workshop Registration

Effective communication is an essential skill that can open doors both personally and professionally. An effective communicator is someone who can convey their thoughts, ideas, and feelings clearly and concisely while also being a good listener. Collaboration with others combined with effective communication can build the foundation for a strong team member.

Our coaches work with each participant to raise awareness of their current individual communication style. We then introduce alternative communication concepts, ideas, and techniques, leading them to a style that is authentically their own. Our coaches provide real-time feedback, development tips, and constructive critiques as participants learn to use all of their skills to become a more effective communicator. Our coaches work with participants using a variety of team building exercises to strengthen collaboration skills and their ability to share the work space with others.
